There are of course a few pitfalls which have to be avoided too. The cost of purchasing equipment and a vehicle if necessary can be considerable for the more ambitious cleaner. Actually finding sufficient customers to make the venture profitable is again a key consideration, as is the hiring and firing of employees if appropriate. On top of this there is also the paperwork and business planning involved, which often detracts from the time that can be spent out doing the basic job at hand.
